Shipping Information

We currently ship to the United States (including territories) and Canada.

Processing & Delivery Times

All products are made to order on a print‑on‑demand basis to reduce overproduction and ensure quality.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days.

• Domestic (U.S.) delivery: 7–21 business days after processing.

• Canada delivery: Please allow up to 14 additional business days.

• Headbands: Ship from our Canadian warehouse and may require an additional 7 days for processing.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Import Taxes & Fees

All prices are listed in USD. Depending on your country’s laws, you may be responsible for duties, import taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by Rotor Wash & Wear.

Lost or Delayed Orders

While postal delays are outside of our control, we want to help. If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us at rotorwashandwear@outlook.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
