We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.

  • Claims must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at rotorwashandwear@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for return or replacement.

  3. Once approved, you may be asked to ship the item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective or misprinted.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or replaced with a new item.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
